A pleasure to work with the Silverstein Pro Team as host and juror for the 8th International Silverstein Clarinet Contest 2026.

This is my eighth consecutive year as host and juror and I always enjoy the participants level of enthusiasm and skill. The International Silverstein Clarinet Contest has offered the wind world and clarinet world a glimpse of the present and future of clarinet performers and repertoire. The field continues to be rich with great repertoire, and exciting with many dedicated performers.
